My name’s Kate Whitfield and I write this blog. I write some other things too, namely short stories and novels (the latter keep my proverbial desk drawer well fed). I’m currently working on a historical fantasy novel for children. I have a partner, two sons and a hole in my heart where a pet should be. I freelance as an editor and copywriter.
